Giveaway Terms

1. The promoter

This giveaway is run by Aster Media, publisher of GOOD DAMAGE (gooddamage.com.au), Cairns, Queensland, Australia, in partnership with Inked Expo (inkedexpo.com.au). The prize is supplied by Inked Expo.

2. Dates

Entries open when the giveaway post is published on @gooddamagemag on Thursday 22 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 27 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not count.

3. Who can enter

The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who are able to attend Inked Expo Brisbane at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre between 30 October and 1 November 2026. Employees of Aster Media and Inked Expo, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

4. How to enter

To enter, you must:

• Follow @gooddamagemag and @inkedexpo on Instagram.
• Like the official giveaway post on @gooddamagemag.
• Comment on the giveaway post and tag the friend you'd take. Each comment tagging a different friend counts as one entry, up to a maximum of three comment entries per person.

Bonus entry. Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @gooddamagemag for one bonus entry. Your account must be public, or the Story must be visible to @gooddamagemag, for this entry to be counted.

5. The prize

One winner will receive two (2) single-day passes to Inked Expo Brisbane 2026, valid for one day of the winner's choosing: Friday 30 October, Saturday 31 October or Sunday 1 November 2026. Total prize value is up to $91.86 AUD (two Saturday or Sunday general admission tickets at $45.93 each, including booking fees), or $81.32 AUD for Friday.

Both passes must be used on the same day. The expo is open 10am to 9pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10am to 6pm on Sunday. The passes will be supplied as a voucher or code from Inked Expo. The prize does not include any VIP add-on, travel, accommodation, tattoos, food or any other costs. It cannot be exchanged, transferred to another event or redeemed for cash, and must be used at Inked Expo Brisbane 2026.

6. The draw

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday 28 October 2026 in Cairns, Queensland. The draw will be recorded. Before being confirmed, the drawn entrant's Instagram account will be checked to make sure it meets all entry requirements. If it doesn't, another entry will be drawn.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be announced on @gooddamagemag on Wednesday 28 October 2026 and contacted by direct message from the official @gooddamagemag account only. Because the expo starts on 30 October, the winner must reply by 12:00pm AEST on Thursday 29 October 2026. If they don't, a new winner will be drawn at that time under the same conditions.

We will never ask for payment, card details or passwords. Any other account contacting you about this giveaway is not us. Please report it to Instagram.

8. Your information

Your Instagram handle is used to run the giveaway and contact the winner. The winner's name and email will be shared with Inked Expo so they can issue the passes. We handle your information in line with our privacy policy.

9. Instagram

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility relating to this giveaway.

10. General

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, made with fake or duplicate accounts, or that don't follow these terms will be disqualified. We may change, suspend or cancel the giveaway if something outside our control affects it, such as technical problems, fraud or changes to the event. Entry to Inked Expo is subject to the event's own terms and conditions of entry. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian consumer law.
